Christmas a is originated from the word Christ’s Mass. It is a holiday season which last for twelve days. Popular modern customs of the holiday includes gift giving, music, an exchange of greeting cards, church celebrations, a special meal and the display of various decoration including charismas trees, lights, mistletoe etc. In addition Santa Claus is a popular figure associated with the brining of gifts for children.

Since gift giving is such as integral part of the festival, it becomes very difficult deciding what gifts to be purchased. I had a similar challenge while buying a gift for one of mu friend, especially because she is a kitchen lover and does not have much interest in any other activities.
